A couple of months ago, I would see hybrids go for 60k at least, and everyone was happy with that. Now I try to sell them at that price and people go say it's too high. What caused such a sudden decrease in value? Fertilizer?

Maybe it's because less people are playing now, so there is less of a need for them, which in turn brings their price down in value.

I think it's like other things, people are getting more of them so don't really need to buy them. Personally, all I'm missing are purple tulips, pansies and all the carnations.

i think maybe more people may have figured out gardening techniques in acnl that have made it easier for them to get flowers without having to pay at all. fertilizer is a definite help for sure, but even then (for me at least) i find it very easy to go from 2 blue roses/2 black roses to at least 15 in a few days of tting.
(i sense you might be referring to my post, if im correct? to me, i just dont prefer to buy them for that price, especially if i need a garden of 10 or so. maybe im just stingy about my bells lol.)

Somewhat. That, and I was once called nuts for selling my black roses at 60k a pop. Gardening techniques have been long discovered.

I didn't really notice people complaining, I still see hybrids going for 100k a piece (gold roses and carnations) without complaint. My only complaint is that I feel like it's impossible to buy hybrids anymore! No one really sells or has a shop that stays stocked.
