The WW version!

I picked up my WW cartridge today and have been playing that in-between playing my NL town. I started my WW town of London last year but then never played beyond the first day.

Today I managed to catch a sea bass and donate it to the museum. I forgot how much I enjoyed hearing Blathers blather on about everything! I also was able to buy a shovel from Nook's so I dug up my 3 fossils and donated those as well.
Drake is moving into town. I'm sure I had him before in my previous WW town but I can't remember now.
I did a few errands for villagers and came away with a green lava lamp, barbers pole and an MVP shirt.
As I hadn't played for so long my town was filled with weeds so I went on a massive weeding spree. That took me the best part of a few hours.

What about you?
 
I restarted my WW town, "Cabrini," 10 days ago. I really love the layout. Bill gave me his picture this morning! My first one in this new town! :blush:

Bill, Maple and Stitches are my starting villagers. Maple and Stitches are dreamies! How lucky am I? I had them both in past (but different) WW towns. I plan to keep them as my permanent villagers. Everyone else is welcome to come and go. I've really been enjoying the game after being away a couple of years.
 
Today I got Stitches' picture! :D

My town fruit is apples. I've been sending one-sentence letters to my villagers and they're sending me fruit in return. I'm busy planting trees all over town. Nook 'n' Go is closed today for expansion. Woohoo! I'm also trying to track down Lovely furniture for Maple, which is difficult.
 
Poncho moved in a few days ago and that made me happy because I love cubs! :blush: Also, Tabby moved in today! I've been wanting Tabby in my New Leaf town, so this is the next best thing. In fact, it seems like everyone I love is joining me in Cabrini. LOL. I'm not sure if I'll keep Tabby permanent, but I'll definitely keep her for a long time. I also recently upgraded my house for the first time. My roof is purple.
 
Last night AND today was lucky. Last night i went to pick up Portia and was successful. I got off, time travelled ready to plot reset. On the FIRST try she was in the exact middle of the spot i really wanted her to be in. Talk about really lucky! I told her she was simply meant to be in my town hehe. Gayle also gave me a owl clock in the post for letting her come round, its something i've admired for a while but never found.


Today i was in my home putting away some turnips i bought then Tia came over and she gave me a computer desk! Something i've been wanting for a looooong while.

It's days like these that i feel uber lucky.

Bill moved out, so I put his picture in the closet. He was kind of a jerk. LOL. Poncho gave me his picture and I put it where Bill's used to sit. Poncho is so adorable! I've been trying to do a little fishing each day, but I usually catch the same fish over and over. However, I did finally get a new one for the musuem: a Pond Smelt. Plus, Redd sold me a genuine Solemn Painting!
 
Maple was thinking of moving, but she's not allowed to. Silly cub. And I got Tabby's picture! :blush: I think I like Tabby better in New Leaf, so I might let her move the next time she's thinking about it. I haven't decided for sure, but I can't keep everyone!
 
As much as I like Stitches, I might let him go. He gets sick all the time. LOL. That's not the reason I'd let him go. In Wild World, we can only have 8 villagers at a time. I actually like Poncho a little more than Stitches and I shouldn't have more than 2 permanent villagers or it'll get boring. The next time anyone other than Maple or Poncho asks to leave, they're out!

Got an undonated painting from Redd and then another from Nook's place as the spotlight item! Nine more to go! Gosh, this feels like the hardest exhibit to complete due to how rare it is for the weekly painting opportunity to be both a painting that you need and not a fake. Also replacing my three other characters' beds with non-default ones because it's about time for them to get something different!
 
I was walking around town a few minutes ago and I found a Jacob's Ladder! My first one ever in Wild World! I was so excited that I plucked it up and put it in my house. LOL. I know getting a perfect town in WW is difficult, so I never worried about it. I haven't used any guides or anything. My town is only a few days away from being 3 months old. :blush:

I still haven't decided on Stitches yet. I think I'll keep him around a while longer. I'll let all of the other non-permanent villagers move away first. Those villagers are: Tabby, Portia, Purrl, Filbert and Butch.

Today I shot down the UFO ( had to reset once since I missed it the first time ) , and got the Metroid after about two or three resets.
 
Filbert moved out a few days ago and Octavian moved in today. I had never met him before. His catchphrase is "Sucker." I actually LOL'd when he said, "Nice to meet you, sucker." I like him already. :p
 
My DS no longer charges but Deirdres moving out soon which means I'll have room for Julian and Flurry. Hopefully Paula or Beardo move out next.
