What Gracie Guide do you use to pass your fashion checks?

I got my first visit from Gracie last week and realised how woefully underprepared I was. I managed to find two pieces for her theme and got the rest not to clash and I just passed (phew!) so I decided to organise all my clothes and accessories. I have a second character just for clothes storage so started sorting through the clothes I had using the thonky guide. I found a handful of the clothes/accessories were named slightly differently in my game vs that guide and another chunk did not appear to be listed under any "style" at all. I managed to find enough for at least a three piece outfit in all the styles except two.

Anyway, it got me wondering what guides people are using to pass the fashion checks. I've been using the thonky guide for everything else and haven't been let down so far. Or are people just noting the style of the clothes/accessories when they buy them or try them on?

I didn't need any ^^ when you buy clothes are accessories, they tell you the theme of the clothes.

I used the thonky guide too.

However, some of the themes I was lacking enough clothing items for that would allow me to pass the test. When this was the case I TT'd a day forward, and then a day back again so that I got a different theme from Gracie.

I mostly stuck to my Prima guide. I have one more test with Gracie Grace. My first one was a fashion disaster. What I did to make sure I was prepared for anything before her next visit was I went and bought out the clothes and shoes and then (if you have it available) turned the 2f of the museum into closets with a mannequin that was given to me by one of the Able sisters. I noticed however that she only really checks your shoes, dresses/pants and shirts. The hats, socks, and other accessories are bonus. She will sometimes say "oh wow you have guts combining two themes together like that!" Hope that kinda helps out.

Used the Thonky guide, sadly I got pegged with a theme I had little of and even had less of to find. Ornate is a pain. At least the second one was sporty, something I had a plethora of. Hoping the next ones are Rock N Roll and Historic.

I use MoriDB, but I usually just take note of what Sable/Label/Kicks say whenever I buy the items. MoriDB has some random stuff that's inaccurate (mostly when it comes to DLC and Holiday stuff), but they seem to be spot-on with just regular clothes and fashion themes, and they also do use the English names and not the Japanese to English translations, which I think Thonky uses (which is why some of the names are different).

I also use MoriDB as a secondary database to group all the outfits I have in my catalog, since you can create your own lists of items. You can also search for all items that have a particular theme so you can pick and choose stuff you might want to look for.
