What forum do I post a cataloguing event under?

Hi, I keep staring 'Dodo's Business Class' and 'Nooks Cranny' forums unable to decide what one would be best suited to post about a cat themed cataloguing event I wish to host. I've looked at the brief descriptions on both of them neither mention cataloguing.
Also, what prefix would I have to post cataloguing under?

I'm not technically charging a set fee. I do all my cataloguing events as pay what you can or would like to pay, this is so I'm able to host bigger and better events for people. So I guess it's donations and tips?
If people can't tip or offer anything (or forget lol) I still welcome them, that's absolutely fine. So it's kind both but free.
