My first town is "Joy".Thats my daughters middle name.
My other town is "Farmland".I just named it that because it's farm themed.lol.
I'm currently working on a third town. It's called "Critters".The characters are all dressed as animals or bugs.My favororite books when I was young were the "little critter"books.Thats where I got that name.

mines named milky just bc it was appealing to me at the time
still appealing to me actually ...

I read somewhere that Momo meant pink in Japanese, which I thought was cool so I chose that. But I looked it up on Google translate the other day, and it said it translated to shin... So now I have no idea. O.o

dude, i got curious.
I google translated momo to this "モモ" and it came back to English as "peach".
which is cool if it's right. idk how reliable google translate is though?

My main town is called Koriko, and my mayor is called Kiki....MY favourite film ever.

My cycling town is called Megaton because it looks like a wasteland in there.

My first town called Kaasstad. It means 'cheesecity' in my language. I never know why I called it like that. My second town called Lavender. I don't really like the colour, but it's a pok?mon townname so yeah.. It's Catoria now. I love cats (but I have no cats in my town :p) So I called it Catoria, it sounds okay

MaeRose for one of my grandmothers I never knew and great-grandmother I never knew but who are still remembered and loved and had very difficult lives. They also sound pretty together.

WolfKott - two family surnames.

And so on for a couple others. Not very original, but I do family tributes. :)

I love all the above names for you all, tho. They are pretty and unique.

My first town is Unova, which is a region in Pokemon. Second one is Risu, which means squirrel in japanese c:

Yes, that's why he added to the OP -

Rosewood! I know there's several of them out there, but I wanted a town abundant in natural beauty and filled with roses. It was originally going to be Haven due to a location in a novel I'm working on, but my boyfriend decided he'd restart his town (Rosewood) when I started my first town. We then swapped names because I loved the name Rosewood and he thought Haven sounded more manly. He's considered making it a fantasy theme, with villagers like Phoebe, Drago, Knox, Sterling, Julian, etc, but is still unsure.

My town is called Glimmer. I was just trying to think of pretty words. I'd seen towns called Shimmer... or Sparkle... stuff like that. I randomly thought of Glimmer and at first it reminded me of the game Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer. xD It's just a random pretty word, it doesn't really have any meaning behind it... and my town is most certainly not Spyro themed... even though I love Spyro! ...until the 'Skylanders' titles completely ruined him...

^ I think Rosewood is so pretty ; ;

Melas is just Salem backwards. Salem is the name of my hometown. I haven't thought about the meaning much, but- now it's kind of starting to mean me sort of rebelling against being born in- sort of a crappy place, even though I'm not there anymore.

It's mostly just a throwback.

My main town's Stornway, named after the town in Dragon Quest IX. My cycling town, Norende, is named for the village in Bravely Default.
