I dont know what まつたりした感じ is but I know まったりした感じ　is something i'd say when I feel laid back or a relaxed feeling.

I also dont know what 米か好き is but I know 米が好き means I like rice.

For 三人の方に巡り合うのかも is kind of hard to translate without knowing the situation/context, but it talks about possibly meeting three people by chance?
