What does luck do?

Feng Shui and lucky items are in this game, but what exactly does luck do? We dont get bothered by jellyfish or tripping up anymore.

i think it simply increases your chance of finding rare items and stuff. before i implemented feng shui, i hardly got any hybrids breeding at all and now i get 3-4 hybrids per day. different colours will affect different aspects so it really all just depends on what you do
