Pretty simple, as the title says. What do you want in a prize? From a give-a-way contest. No villagers though. Just stuff? What kind of furniture, cloths or DIY are people interested in?
Yes this is a hint at something I want to do this weekend. I am planning on doing a little Give-a-way contest of sorts. I plan to have a couple little gift sets (wrapped up). The sets will have names but you wont know what is in the sets until you get it. Kinda like a surprise. Nothing is duped (except some NMT and a couple photos).
Now asking this question does not mean I will add anything suggested. There is a possibility of some things getting added.
It's more of a curiosity as to what gets you motivated to participate.
I kind of like the little set giveaways some people do, like the celeste furniture set giveaway, or a giveaway of all the items needed for a beach area, etc. I like them because it makes it a lot easier for me to build areas and stuff, as I find it kinda annoying to build stuff when I've gotta think of all the things I need to buy/craft (i'm usually pretty lazy in that regard).
I agree with xTech and think a lot of people are interested in certain furniture sets like the diner set, antique set, imperial set, etc so maybe like one color of that as a grand prize? Or the ironwood set since the DIYs are hard for some people to find
Well this has been helpful. Not sure how many complete sets I have (for non-diy). I am sure I have a least 1 of everything in the sets. Just not every color. Lot's to think about for this.
Still it will be a surprise type of event. So people won't know what they won till they open the gifts. I will list a couple of the possible gifts, but it will random chance for them. Not sure how many sets I will do. I know I will do at least 4 ranging from 5-10 items.
