I forgot windflowers, they look sort of like a Tudor rose, which is more Renaissance than medieval, but close enough. So changing my vote to roses or windflowers.

Apples and purple/blue hyacinths. The flowers look similar to the plant Wolfs bane which is a deadly poisonous plant in Europe I think, it'd make for a cooler med-evil theme especially if you have them up in your hills, mountains.

Speaking as a medieval reenactor Definitely apples for the fruit, pears are also good. As for the flowers, mums look very wild flower like even though they aren't native in a lot of Europe, so I think they would be a good pick
