I usually know what I what in a town map but I'm tired of resetting. What does everyone think of this layout and its potential. The only villager who will be staying is the one off by themselves by the cliff.
I like that there are only two lakes and there's a south facing waterfall. The cliff thing in the bottom right looks a little weird, but hey, it's unique. It looks like you'd have plenty of room for pwps.
That's actually a really nice town map! There's lots of space for pwp's and loads of room to decorate as well. A bonus for me is having the plaza in the center of town.

Are you referring to the where it looks rounded at the end? I'm really hoping that it is big enough to put the lighthouse there.
I plan on putting the cafe just above the second pond, but not 100% sure on the police station just yet. I love the bridge right below the plaza but I really wanted my house where it is so that bridge has to go eventually.
I think that town map is pretty cool. I love the plaza being right on the center and the river form. However I'm not sure you're gonna be able to put the lighthouse where you want to. I have mine where I marked it on the map and you can see it's slightly wider than your zone...
Anyway you can just move it a little bit to the top and right, it'll still be a cool place
it looks alright. I mean, plenty of space for pwps, it's just that that lower peninsula thingy, ugh...that happened to me and it hurt my town. just be sure to build a bridge somewhere by the river across from the town hall because that happened to me and I hatred it because I had to walk forever to get to Main Street!
