What do you think is the best thing about ACNL?

I think the best thing about acnl is the whole original features and how there's a lot of content for all players to enjoy, I really like how it's more upgraded this time in the acnl if you compare it to the previous acww and accl, but they do have it's own main points xD

The customization is a really nice aspect of the game. One person's experience is never the same as the next person's. I like that I can go to the island and enjoy playing mini-games too. I'm pretty sure every version since the very original GC one (in North America anyway) has had its upgrades, haha. This one is the best in my opinion, just because there's so much more to do.

I love that it has so much content from the furniture to the villagers. I also like that they give you a lot of upgrades and events so that you can thoroughly enjoy the game and relish it for years. It has a lot of replayability basically. You can sink in hours and hours into one town, do it all again and still enjoy the game I cannot wait for the next animal crossing game. I dont think i like the house design thing. I have yet to try it but what I really enjoy about animal crossing is making villager friends, collecting and multiplayer games. It doesnt seem to have that?

I don't think I can pick one particular thing. It's a mix of all the little things that make the game so enjoyable: the friendships, the seasons, holidays and events, music, mini-games and activities, customizing my home... I love it all.

Generally with all the games I love how there's so much to do. It really does depend on the player. I remember in WW getting my catalogue finished.... then finishing my museum.... then collecting the gyroids.... then getting villager pics.

I feel like NL has more to do with the island and landscaping (especially with the Dorothy aspect) so that keeps me going constantly.

There's too much to just choose one thing as the best. I love AC:NL because it has so much customization and freedom in it to do whatever you want. If you want to decorate a house, you can; if you want to grow a fruit orchard or a hybrid flower garden or even a zen garden, you can; if you want to troll virtual animal-villagers with a hammer or magic pitfall-creating seeds, you can. I think the best part about it would have to be the freedom to do and make whatever you want.

I like how it de-stresses me and takes my mind off whatever garbage is happening in my real life.

To expand upon the content and amount of open ended play, I like how the ability to buy/sell/trade villagers brings the AC community together.
