he was my first campsite villager and, not gonna lie, at first i was a bit disappointed that i didn't get someone else, mainly because i don't like clowns but he honestly grew on me to the point that i'm not sure if i want to part ways with him anymore like i planned to do at the beginning. altrough his bright design and house aren't my cup of tea when it comes to aesthetic. but he is still a best boy in my book regardless!

I love him. Honestly, I feel like he was the one villager which early on I decided I had to have and I got him within the past week from a user here.

I actually like clowns. When I was a kindergartner, I wanted to go to clown college. So I feel a bit of kinship with him. I love his color scheme, and especially his teal horns. And there's something absolutely adorable about the way his little legs shuffle when he's singing. Also, it's adorable when he frowns.

At first I really hated him but my best friend likes him a lot and I started warming up to him,, I have him on my secondary island for him and I'm starting to warm up to him aha

Honestly, I think the whole Pietro-hate is way overblown.
I get that some people don't like clowns, but come on! Pietro really isn't creepy at all! He's just a sheep with a clown-texture put on! Otherwise he looks and acts exactly like other smugs or sheep villagers. You dont have to like him, but hate is unwarranted.

I personally like him. He's very unique. I actually would love to see more circus-themed villagers.

I love him! I’ve never had much of an issue with clowns in general, though. I just wish he was lazy instead of smug, a sleepy clown is cute... a clown indirectly asking you on a date is not...

I had him in New leaf i adored him sadly i tried to go for new villagers this time around except for stitches and julian so he didn't make it on my island this time but i think he's cool not sure why people are hating on him so much

I saw him when I was a child and while I don't have any kind of phobia (or feeling really) towards clowns, I didn't like how explosive his colours were. But a few weeks ago before I resetted my game, he appeared on my campsite and I told him to move since he's one of my best friend's dreamies (he's now happyly living in the island of someone who I'm sure will love him).

I know all the villagers got upgraded in terms of graphics, but I truly think Pietro had a glow up (also, perhaps my tastes also have changed a little with age, though I like to think that not many have done it). He looks more plushie/toy-ish to me now, he looks squishy and his colors while still ''extra'' aren't as explosive in my eyes. So yeah, maybe not a permanent resident as I have characters that I like more, but he was cute and fun.

I understand completely where this love/hate is coming from, as a person who had a friend with phobia when it came to clowns, I can see people being creeped out or uncomfortable about his appareance. Not only that but horror movies/shows don't help at all with the clown thing, (''It'' as one of the, I guess, most famous examples). Or you know, like it happened to me before, too much colour for the aethestetic someone prefers.

Besides, a clown flirting with you? I dunno why but the thought amuses me to no end, as smug villagers tend to be ''flirty'' sometimes.

I love pietro!! I do enjoy clowny circusy aesthetics and in general I love colorful villagers! I had him NL and wasnt planning on getting him again......but I miss my clown friend

He is a clown and that's awesome! However, I'm not too fond of the sheep design in the game. If I ever ran across him on an island, I would definitely invite him to come live on my island since a clown would fit in really great, but I won't go out of my way looking for him.

Yes please! Personally, I have no experience with Pierre, but I found him recently while looking up if there were more clown villagers and he is perfect!

That's funny, because I sort of think of him as a cross between lazy and smug. It's odd since all smug villagers are -basically- the same, but I feel like some of the things I've seen him say have been completely out there like some of the spacey things lazy villagers would say.

I currently have him on my island. He was my first camper and I love him. That being said, I have decided to let him move the next time that he asks in favor of hunting for Chevre. I’ll be sad to see him go, but I want to experience many different villagers, and he has given me his photo so he will always be in my heart

He's alright. Not someone i'd have as a dreamie, but he's alright.

Besides, there are way better smug villagers in my perspective I like. Such as Eugene, Raymond, Chadder and Jacques. Too bad I can't have all 4. I do have Eugene and Raymond because they're one of my top priority dreamies.
