what type of things do you enjoy when you visit a dream town? certain villagers? paths? a perfect status?
what i prefer..
- a path of some kind (natural or from patterns)
- gifts like clothing or other items (especially when they are wrapped in special wrapping paper!)
- a megaphone on the ground so that i can call Wendell
- i absolutely despise when it's raining in a dream town, unless it goes with the theme with the town. the brighter and happier the weather, the better!
- i like when the flowers/trees/etc. are organized, not placed willy-nilly.
- hybrid flowers are always nice ^_^
I usually like creepy towns so anything that matches the storyline/theme.
But for general ones,
Hybrids and trees are organized
The PWP's in good places/Lots of PWP
Bushes creating a nice path/line
Paths reaching most places
Nice forest green grass paterns
A gift when you reach the town

The dream town hour music/weather all depends if that day you are updating it has that weather.
E.G. My town is raining now so if I update it now, it will show up as raining for others.
I like seeing towns that appear to be well thought out, with bushes and/or paths sort of controlling where you go in their town. Good placement of PWP is also nice to see.
Providing dreamers with clothes or other items is also a major plus
A megaphone for calling Wendell is definitely appreciated. I also like it when they leave clothes, hats and/or wigs so you can wear something besides your jammies in screenshots. The main thing I like in a dream village is seeing how people landscape- I get a lot of inspiration from that.
I actually don't like it when there are completely set paths. My paths run throughout my town and run in front of buildings and homes, but I have a large section of land that I'm keeping as a forest, and at the top is a clearing with a windmill, surrounded by pansies. I'm in the process of lining my river with roses, too.
I don't know, I don't really visit towns in dreams, but I really like ones that have more open space than just set paths by bushes and stuff. But that's me.
I really like how people landscape with bushes, or have really creative paths ^^ My favorite thing though is looking at all the PWPs if they're laid out nicely and don't crowd the town, but still enough to keep it interesting.
I like towns that are creatively themed! With thoughtful little touches that make you smile. (For instance, there was this all-sheep town, and you get a gift right away that is a wolf mask. ) I don't like it when the bush-lined paths are too restrictive because I like to explore freely, but I do enjoy looking at all the different PWPs.
Lots of things to look at (of course). I like seeing paths that I've never seen before, and especially when the person has made them themselves. Also, one of the first things I want to look at is the town flag. It's always interesting to see what someone has chosen for that. It doesn't even have to be that well done for me to enjoy it. What's interesting to me, is people's choices and what they've made. But naturally seeing something stunning gives you a different experience. I'd always be interested in seeing something beautiful, but it doesn't have to be beautiful to be interesting.
When I go to a Dream Town, I'm going there to put an English name to the face of the villagers. I've got almost have figured out so far. Also I like to see if PWP are interactive or not before I decide to put them into my town. Like the water well is not interactive but the water pump is, so I put that one into my town. I originally liked the idea of having a pyramid or a sphinx in my town, but after seeing them in a dream, they just don't fit into what I want my town to look/feel like. I like roaming free in the town rather than having to stick to the paths because they have bushes lining the path. Themed towns are nice, but I also enjoy just regular town that are organized and well kept (rather than junk thrown everywhere, they just wanted the 5,000 bells for updating).
