What do you hate most.....

about your town map.

you can put a picture or not and tell what was/is the worst thing you hate about your town map/layout. I think it would help people relieve (Stress) by letting it out.

I'll start:

I hated in my oldest town that the plaza was right beside the train station. It doesn't annoy me that much now but I still would try to work around not having the plaza beside the station.

YESS bamboo grows everywhere and when you don't clean out bamboo your town gets infested

Hmm.. I don't like how it's shaped. I mean, there's barely any room for buildings and public works projects. It's kind of annoying to be honest.
I also don't like how far away Re-tail is from everything and how the town hall is smack dab in the middle, and the town plaza pretty much on the edge of the town.

What I hate most about my map is that the lower half doesn't have a whole lot of space for public works and such, and I have no idea what to do with the lower half. I know if I let villagers move in there it'll practically take up a whole lot of space and I know if I put public works there it'll just look a bit terrible, since the bottom half is like a horizontal row.

I actually really like my town. I agree about the bamboo though.


In my old town, however, what made me reset was the river. I noticed everyone had such amazing photos of their mayor or villagers by the river and on the bridges. The angles of the photos were amazing and I wanted to take photos like that. It seemed so beautiful. But my river was in such a weird spot that I was unable to. I also really hated my town fruit and where I put my house. The set up for re-tail was horrible and I didn't like where I put my tree. So when I reset, I was so happy to find the perfect set up for all of these things.

I wish my re-tail and my mayor's office weren't so close to each other but other than that I do really like this map.

I really like my town layout. However, I hate how much space and the shape of my river. While it makes things unique, it also means I can't redecorate my town at all. There is no other way I can arrange paths or villager houses. That's not a big issue though. I like how my town looks.

i hate how retail is one tile too right so i cant have a two tile path going up to the plaza

I love my map and it'd be perfect if only my favourite villagers had put their houses in better places. It's resulted a little bit in not being able to put pwps in good places.

Part of why I reset was to have a bridge go right over the waterfall. I villager moved in so close to the spot I could not built the bridge. Villager moved out and it turns out there is a slight bend right before the waterfall making it so I can't build my bridge there.

I am a little disappointed but I think I like my new town none the less.

In Corvidae, I placed the police station in an idotic place and now have no room for a much needed bridge on that side of town. Sometimes, my lack of clarity is amazing.

I really love my town and everything. But sometimes I dislike where I placed my campsite and cafe. Not a big deal but I dislike how small my beach is. I wish I had a kinda wider beach.

I really hate my villager placement. The town is pretty much divided into a north half and a south half by the river and the proportions are just about even too. But for some reason they all live in the southwest corner by the recycle. All 9 of them. I live north of the river all by myself

I hate the rock placements in my town and also the campsite! I wish I could remove it. On a positive note, retail is very close to my beach. So it takes ba short while from my beach to retail when I wanna sell the beetles I got from the island.

i hate the rock placements of my town. a lot of paths in my town would lead up to one rock and would really ruin what i want to achieve. i also hate where ive placed my campsite, although it at least saves a lot of wasted time whenever i campsite reset since ive set it around my train station.

i wouldnt reset just to fix my town map, though. it would be such a waste to get rid of everything ive worked hard on.
