The inability to increase spaces in my pocket. I end up having to put items in my letters, then run out of space for letters

ROCKS i hate them so much, more the fact you can't move them.
i agree about the storage though, i buy stuff constantly and i never have any room for anything omg. super thankful for the catalogue so i dont feel guilty about selling things.

That you can't decide where villagers live, like you can with your character(s).

Not having a place for tools, similar to what thisistian said as I gotta put my tools in the letters I carry.
Oh and also grass, how I hate the grass.

Rocks, and dead spots where grass can't grow. Those drive me up the wall!

Pretty much this.

Also how you can't set items on certain other items. In Fristad, I had a range and stew pot. You'd think, logic would dictate that I would be able to set the stew pot on top of the range. NOPE!

Yeah same, some items should go on top of others! I also wish most seats, we could be able to put items on it for example a dolly. I had a layout in my head and I needed to put an item ontop of a chair but now, i gotta use something that wont work in my idea.

I hate the ugly permanent dirt spots and the fact that villagers can just plop their houses wherever they please, nice landscaping be darned. Also why can't we remove the rocks, I want a pickax that let's us do that.

C'mon, admit it...you'd be sorely tempted to use that pickaxe on Isabelle.;)

Rocks arnt a problem in my town...nor is inventory because ive played enough minecraft and rpgs like earthbound and fallout to manage my inventory effectively...altho u can increase it in fallout...i think its villagers moving because im constantly worried my villagers will move.

The rocks and waiting for the villagers to request something and not ask for catchphrases, nicknames, stupid questions etc..

My biggest frustrations are what lot of what people have already said: rocks, grass wear, limited inventory space, the pwp unlocking system, items not being able to be put where they make logical sense...It's funny, for such a laid-back, relaxing game you wouldn't think so many game mechanics would be so frustrating :P

Ya darn right I would! If that little egg-colored bossy-pants tell me, the MAYOR, that I can't place a pwp because it's too close to a rock or a house one more time......I'd take that pickaxe with me as I run to a corner to cry, the good ol' guilt trip oughta get to her! lmao

Isabelle, when I'm trying to find a place for a PWP, is the biggest pain in my butt. I could rant on and on about how annoying it is to deal with her lol. Like I get we need a block of space around the pwp so you can walk around it obivously... but we don't need 3 blocks that way and 2 blocks this way and heaven freaking forbid it gets anywhere close to that dang plaza lol

I hate that some of the badges are way too difficult to achieve. Particularly the StreetPass badge, but the weed badge is also ridiculous. It shouldn't take 7-8 years of daily gameplay to max out the badges IMO.

I've worked out that with the beautiful town ordinance in place, at the (very low) rate I'm getting weeds, I should have the gold badge by 2030.

Only TWELVE YEARS away! :D

It's frustrating to get all of the badges and I've unintentionally unlocked them. It's also difficult to find the right villagers for one's town because sometimes your whims change and you don't want that villager anymore.

Those are two of my biggest gripes about New Leaf.

I dislike, permenant brown patches, waiting for PWPs, lack of pocket space. I don't mind rocks or random move ins, they are a challenge.

My villagers constantly changing their clothes into custom patterns from able sister.
