What do you do with your Cycle town?

I'm curious to know what other people do with their cycle towns.

Keeping the museum empty, not upgrading the nookling store, etc.

I keep the museum empty, do not upgrade my house. It's cycling only.

I only cycle out villagers. Maybe I'll upgrade stores but I doubt it.

I don't upgrade anything, but I got it to perfect town status so I could collect jacobs ladders for my main town while I cycle.

Mine is also used for trading and events so I have four characters (each handles different types of items) I got my development permit to build bridges so I did have to donate to the museum a little bit. My mayors house has got to the upstairs expansion, eventually I'll have all the houses expanded to use them as showrooms when I run out of storage space in their lockers.

I do plan to eventually make the town into a real town so working on it little by little will help in the long term or else I wouldn't bother.

2nd town

First I planned to make it just as TT town for trades, BUT I started holding villagers for one person who was closest to me at the time. He isn't the one for TTing, thus this town turned into "holding villagers for him town". Hence I couldn't TT much. As I kept doing like this I just gave up TTing and made it as a storage town. I created 3 characters and expanded each of their house and second floor of the museum to maximum just so I could hoard lots of stuff.​

3rd town

As I couldn't TT much in 2nd town I planned this town for TTing. BUT...again...I started holding villagers for my friends. Now its "holding villagers for freinds town". Again! Haha.
I'm enjoying interacting with all villagers who came across here even if it could be a short while. So I can say like this. "Dynamic town to enjoy interacting with lots of villagers"​

4th town

This town used to be my neighbor's town. I was originally an alt character in this town. They gave it to me when they stopped playing once. And now I'm using this town for keeping villagers for one person (all villagers are supposed to be adopted to one same person), and for letting people catalog items.​

Well, if I recall like this and see myself objectively I look kind of stupid...

I'm going to use my second town for cycling until I get all the villagers that I want. Then I'm going to turn it into a post-apocalyptic wasteland town. It's gonna be cool

I don't do anything but cycle out villagers. But I do want to dress up my cycler.

I use it for storage and turnip prices so I built bridges and put in bell boom.

I also upgraded shops to help finish my catalogue

I was wondering the same as I have seen some built up cycle towns and some that were weedy and basic just for cycling. After I finish my dream quest I plan to cycle but I think it would be hard not to keep it up or get attached but maybe not so much from seeing this.

When I had mine, i mostly used it for cycling, but also storage for all my extra stuff. Then i had hybrids grouped together by type, color... And realized over time they just started to multiply, which was cool. I also traded out of it instead of my "real" town which gave me peace of mind to know that my real town was kept pristine. I really enjoyed having it when I did.

Everything in my cycling town is upgraded and has the police station/cafe because it used to be my regular town.

Oh, and letting the weeds go wild to save up for weeding day was also fun.
