I've been on a tea kick for a while. There were a bunch discounted from Christmas. Bigelow's Ginger Snappish herbal tea is very nice. Twinings lemon ginger is just way too strong to the point of burning.
Back on point, I've dipped in Walker's shortbread biscuits, those are nice. I have also found these French Petit Ecolier milk chocolate biscuits, very nice. Any other suggestions?
I'm not too much of a dunker, but rich tea biscuits are the goat of tea dunking biscuits digestives (plain and half coated) are also pretty good. These are quite generic chii though so they probably won't help too much
I know some old people who would dip sandwiches in their tea. I would not personally recommend it, but whatever floats your boat
I liked those big and rond tea cookies my great grandma gave me as a child, not sure they still exist. Otherwise, madeleines are very good, I recommend the plain ones first.
I've recently discovered the joy of putting raw honeycomb in jasmine tea and then spooning the honeycomb out and eating it. Shame it's a rare treat though considering how expensive honeycomb is.
Love love love soaking biscoff or Milano cookies in hot chocolate or coffee, though that's not tea.
I like dipping cookies in tea, even though I normally just drink tea by itself. I think sandwich cookies are my favorites to have alongside tea, though I also like flour and sesame cookies as well.
Completely agree with you, biscoff is so good in hot drinks. Looking back, I do believe I've had some with tea before and it was quite nice. Coffee is definitely better to dip them into, but tea was grand as well
I don't really drink tea so it's not like I can give you options that aren't generic like biscuits, cookies, ect. I know my granny loved tea and would always have them with biscoff cookies and Pepperidge Farm cookies, biscuits, and those sticks...I think they're called pirouettes? I think milano cookies and chessman were ones she had a lot.
