my wiimotes unsynced themselves
i try to resync them, i even used the wii troubleshooting manual

You have to wait a bit and let them resync. You can't just hold the button. You can only sync one at a time and you have the press the button on the wii, then the wiimote. you don't hold it. You usually do it simultaneously.
