I know that a lot of people like to model their towns after places like block Mario land, cities, atlantis, etc., etc. I think it's really interesting to see what other people do! IT SAYS A LOT ABOUT YA. I modeled my town after a little village-suburby thing, so it has things like stone paths, an orchard, and fountains in flower gardens like central park.

If you didn't model it after anything, does your town have any special stuff you like about it or that you think gives it character? :D

I will end with a quote:

"If you see someone drowning, it's rude to stand there trying to throw popcorn into their mouth." - Lori Beth Denberg, All That.

To be honest, I have no idea what to do with my town. :/ I'm trying to make a sort of forest in one corner, with a samurai there and lots of greenery, and a 'plaza' with a lot of houses and a park, but I swear my town is smaller than others. I don't have any room to build anything! I guess I'll just make stuff up as I go along, ha, I suppose that also says a lot about me. But I'm sure once it's done it'll be great.

my town is odd because the map is quite constricting and i cant do much with the southern half of town because it's entirely dominated by villager houses and my campsite

there is a feature i really like in the northern half of town, though! just up from the riverfront there's my a little plaza with a fountain surrounded by paths and topiaries, and on one side is the cafe, and on the other side is my house, and there are little paths leading off to re-tail, the forest, and my perfect pear orchard
idk its nice im proud of it (im not a huge landscaper haha)

Mines basically a forest! Lots and lots of greenery!

Someone said my town had a "Dutch" feeling to it.

My town has a very northern forest feel. I named it after the town where my cottage is, and since I love it up there so much, I always like to be able to take it with me in animal crossing. :)

There's a town not far from me that really does have talking animal residents, so I modeled my town after that. Either that, or it was like a bonsai tree and I just brought out the design that I saw when I looked at it. I think my town of Mirage is pretty nice, but it was pathed based on where the villagers and stuff were and I went from there.

A generic town with roads... I would have modeled it off of Isle Delfino but then after I placed all the PWP and the unmovable ones too I just didn't bother anymore.

Well my town of JOY used to be Disney, but now it's 4 seasons.
Then of course I have a farm town.

My favorite features are my lemonade stand and North pole area in Joy.
And my favorite things about Farmland is my chicken coope and just how flowery and farm like the town is.
