breakfast: protein weetabix w/ muesli, banana, milk, and kefir. lunch: toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and plum jam. a protein yoghurt. dinner: homemade chicken korma with rice. then some grapes, apricots, and an apple. afternoon snack: 3 digestive biscuits + a coffee
^Hey, sometimes all you need are two cookies and some Mickey D's to make it through the day.
I'm placin' my bets and calling this one, despite it being morning still:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with toasted white bread and black coffee.
Lunch: Steamed white rice with broccoli and fish.
Dinner: Chinese food. Brown fried rice and orange chicken. Plenty of water. That stuff be hittin' but can dehydrate you.
Yesterday:
Breakfast was coconut yogurt w/ lots of blueberries
Lunch was white beans w/ onions, garlic, and power greens
Dinner was a combo of an impossible burger and left over beans
Breakfast: 2 slices of dark rye sourdough toast. One topped with butter and marmite, the other topped with crunchy PB, nutella, and banana. W/ a vanilla protein yoghurt and a cup of malted biscuit flavour tea.
Lunch: Skip
Dinner: BBQ chicken fajita. Then some grapes, prunes, and apricots.
Afternoon Snack: 3x shortbread biscuits + a coffee.
yesterday I had:
weetabix for breakfast
tuna jacket potato for lunch
and then dinner I really outdid myself - crispy sweet and sour tofu stirfry with udon noodles!! immediately I want to make it again
breakfast - skipped
lunch - we went out for hotpot (all you can eat) so a buuuunch of meat (with some veggies, noodles, and a few more add-ons)
dinner - chili dogs & fries from wienerschnitzel

It's been a weird weekend, because I've been on call and needing to go into work at weird hours, and the daylight savings hasn't helped
late Breakfast - avocado toast and an orange
Lunch - skipped (though I had a sample of a tapanade at Trader Joe's)
Dinner - chicken enchiladas
