I placed a Swinging Bench on my peninsula that is aimed to look out toward the ocean. It seemed like it would be a nice viewing spot. I might replace it with the lighthouse like a lot of other people tend to, or I might leave it there and just put the lighthouse behind it, depending on how big the lighthouse is.
Ahh! So many cute ideas here, was thinking of playing it safe by putting a lighthouse too but after reading some of the posts on here it’s sparking my creativity lol so hmmm we’ll see!
anyways I haven't done anything with it yet. All of my beach areas are relatively empty right now, trying to figure it out Quite a shame you can't terraform paths over them
I have the small one, so my lighthouse is there. I have the red/white one, so I ringed it with red tulips and white hyacinths. I'm pleased with how it turned out, given that there isn't much room to work with.
Mine is also small and so though I've swapped items in and out, I now mostly use it as a place to grow flowers.
Also, because it's small and because of how my shoreline is shaped, things like the lighthouse ends up blocking some of my coastal view.
I've recently found some bottles hidden away from view and so even though I like how it looks, I've since moved my lighthouse to the rocks on the back of my island.
I originally intended to have a lighthouse cliff, but my peninsula is thin. So I gave up. For now, it's empty because I'm still thinking of what to do with it.
