Simple: Share what book(s) you're currently reading.

Me:
-Emma - Jane Austen
-Macbeth - William Shakespeare

In school we're reading Romeo and Juliet, which I finished in my private copy
I, personally, am reading Shakespeare's Julius Ceaser, and yea that's all

I'm reading Cyrano in school.

On my own time, I tried reading Scandinavia: At War With Trolls but it's a bit boring.

I haven't read a fantasy book in a long time. I'm not a fan of Harry Potter :L

Currently I have four on the go. I'm a mess. I'm going to try and just pick one this week and then finish the others in order, but the four that I'm reading now are Breakfast At Tiffany's by Truman Capote, Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell, It by Alexa Chung and Girl Online by Zoe Sugg.
Also you should let me know how Emma is! One of my favorite films is loosely based off of it and I want to read it soon.

I'm reading Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison, Othello by Shakespeare, and going through The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe.

Just finished Anthem by Ayn Rand and am starting 1984 by George Orwell (I've already read it though) for my English class. I've also finished The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams for a research paper for that class.

I don't really have much time for reading independently at the moment, but I'd like to look into some more of Rand's stuff. I've heard good things about Atlas Shrugged, but it's very long haha. I might read some more of Williams's stuff; we read Streetcar earlier in the year, and that's what made me want to check out Menagerie.

Othello by Shakespeare

We read Othello a couple months ago, and I liked it a lot! o: What do you think of it so far?

Breakfast At Tiffany's by Truman Capote

That's another one I've been planning to read! How do you like it so far?

It's pretty cute. Not sure if you know (because I found this out when i bought it) but the book is a collection of 4 stories, and the actual Breakfast at Tiffany's Holly Golightly stuff is only 80 pages long. It's good, but nothing can compare to the genius of the film.

Oh, interesting, I didn't know that! I've also heard that the story's wildly different from the film (at least the ending is), but I liked In Cold Blood, so I'd really like to read this as well.

I agree about the film though! It makes me kind of sad that Capote didn't like Audrey Hepburn playing Holly since she did such a good job in the role, but oh well.

I really love it! I've actually already read it before, but I couldn't completely remember what happened and I knew I liked it the first time, so I'm reading it again. It's one of my favorites of Shakespeare's (but I love almost everything by him lol).

Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul on Tough Stuff and The book thief.

I know right! I'm assuming the film was just 'loosely' based on the novel, like 'Emma' by Jane Austen and the film Clueless. Audrey Hepburn is my favorite actress, Tiffany's is my favorite movie, I see no flaws it sucks that Truman Capote did.

I totally forgot that I'm also reading Hiroshima by John Hersey. I've only just begun it but I love it so far. :)

I'm slowly reading through Penny Dreadful by Will Christopher Baer.

I've also three textbooks on screenwriting that I'm toying with the idea of reading for class, but haven't actually opened yet.

Right now I'm reading Death of a Salesman for my English class & I'm personally reading The Hobbit, If I Stay, Anna Karenina, and Frankenstein.

I've been trying to read Lolita for like so long but I havent had any time! Also I bought American Psycho, but I kind of found it disgusting how the main characters talked in the beginning. It was really good writing, but it was just shocking.

Personally, I'm reading The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. In English class, we're reading part of Chaucer's Canterbury Tales (the Pardoner's, to be precise) and The Butcher Boy by Patrick McCabe.

How are you liking The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo? It's one of my favorites.
