My next one is Monique at the end of September, but she'll be celebrating my birthday before that

Tipper is having her birthday on the 25th, and I can't wait!

I have been getting her pre-birthday gifts this week in the mail, and really enjoy looking out for clothes that I think will suit her.

She is an awesome neighbour, and usually the first one I see when I start the game.

I had Nate's birthday on the 17th but I didn't attend it because I don't like him at all. Today I had Lopez's birthday and I got him a tin shirt (I looked up the wiki) and he loved it.

Beardo's is on the 27th of September but I won't attend it because I hate him too. lol
