When you grow up or are already grown up what do you want to become in life? What job do you want to profession in and why? Do you want to be it for the income or for society? All jobs are nessary in our world so whatever you want to be should be no problem
I always had dreams of finishing that novel and publishing it (and getting that sweet sweet 20 dollar bill from my friend).
I can't see myself moving from this tiny neighborhood though. I grew up here. I can't part with it.
For other things, I also want two kids, haha. And of course, I wanna get married. :>
I want to work with special needs animals, like animals with missing limps or blindness.
I'm trying to become an Art History teacher, but with how things are going lately, I may be living my dreams of illustrating comics/graphic novels after all. If this deal goes through, of course.
I'm currently on my way to becoming a kindergarten teacher! I love working with kids, they're the best and you never know what they are going to do next to surprise you. That and I really respect several of my past teachers, all who've gone above and beyond to help me along my path, so it's also a bit of following them in their footsteps. I can't think of a profession I find my honorable, impacting, and loving as an educator. Its definitely not about the money (ha), the giveback comes from seeing the students I teach move on to bigger and better things and making something of themselves.
I wanted so badly to work for Disney as an animator, and then I realized the chances of it happening were zero. But I'm okay with a mediocre existence in which I do not marry, have children, or fulfill any kind of legacy. I guess I just want to do whatever I have to to survive until I die. It sounds morbid, but I think of it as not having any strings attached. I can't be disappointed if I never reached my dreams, because I don't have any.
Well I want to become a successful artist and a patissiere. :3 but artist > patissiere since I've been doing art since I was a kid and I took up Fine Arts in college so most of my passion is in art~ I do really enjoy baking and love pastries. :9
The dream started [or at least, the parts I remember] when me and my family were at a shoe store. We were all checking out shoes and I went into a changing room. [why a SHOE store has a changing room, I will never know] When I was in there, I realized that I was dreaming and starting to control the dream. I started by looking in a mirror and turning my hair purple by running my hands through it. [I had to concentrate on it being purple or it wouldn't work.] Next I decided to make my skin look all porcelain. [Even though my skin is fine irl, I felt I had to change it in my dream.] It took a few tries with it looking ugly the first few, but I managed that. I'm surprised I didn't wake up then, actually. But anyway, next we left the shoe store and went to a walmart nearby, which was pretty huge looking on the inside. When I went in, I decided that I wanted to change the setting of the dream to something cooler, and for some reason I felt like I had to change it somewhere private so I left saying that I'd shop by myself and ran to find a restroom. As I was running I slipped and fell and started sliding across the floor on my butt. As I slid, I overheard people at the meat/fish isle talking about how they wanted to have a Halloween party but something went wrong and they couldn't. I was going to go back to finding the bathroom but then I heard my alarm and woke up. :U Was actually my first lucid dream where I didn't wake up as soon as I started changing things or realized I was dreaming, though, so that's cool.
Big Dreams (super important to me) 1. Be a screenwriter 2. Work for DreamWorks Animation 3. Win the Oscar for best scenario (original or adaptation) 4. Make other people dream 5. Write scenarios for comics
Smaller Dreams (less important but still dreams) 6. One day, swim with dolphins 7. Get married 8 Get to meet Tim Burton
...and probably many others, but these are the main ones. People usually don't make fun of my dreams, except when I tell them I'm counting on getting an Oscar one day, then they laugh. But...

Wisdom is to have dreams that are big enough not to lose sight when we pursue them.
I'm currently a history major so I can become a history professor! Normally when I talk to people about history, they tend to tell me that they never enjoyed history in high school/college which is a shame. Everything has a history and I think it's a very relevant subject, especially for understanding current events. My goal is not only to educate people but also to illustrate how important the subject is and to make it more interesting for others.
My other dream is to travel to different countries (Turkey especially!) and learn different languages.
Live in Japan with my girlfriend and become an animator for a living. I'm working towards a BA honors degree which will allows me one step closer to Japan.
