For me its a definite Caroline, Blaire and Sally (They r so cute) the ducks and ANY penguin <3

She's like Diana... Just as a cat form.
Also Cousteau. The jocks annoy me, but Cousteau is nice, even though he said if I forget to meet up with him again he'd make me run 100 laps around the town. D:

Caroline, Blaire and Sally (like you said) are definitely underrated they're so cute and I'd have them in my town but I'm only focusing on having 2 squirrels in my town at the moment

I'm surprised Gala, Lucy, Celia, Midge, Goldie, Blaire, Papi, Soleil, Boomer, Joey, Penelope, and Bonbon aren't more popular in general.

And of course I have my biased favorites: Rowan, Gwen, Rizzo, and Boone. After seeing posts around here and otherwise, I understand Boone's and Rizzo's unpopularity, but I haven't seen many if any speak badly about Rowan and Gwen. Maybe it's just that they're "just there". Underrated? Possibly.
