The two ditto transformed into them.
Also there is not one of each legendary. They already confirmed there is more than one of some (such as Lugia, since Lugia can have children)
Also that's a girl trainer with the Dittos.

No.
I have a shiny Ditto and when it transforms it doesn't stay shiny.
