Apparently my mom found out I've been slacking off in Algebra and when she gets home in about an hour she's probably gonna kill me...

That's obviously an exageration, but I probably will get grounded for the rest of the school year. Last year when I started slacking around this time, they (my parents) said I could choose between TV, video games, or computer, and I was grounded from everything except what I chose.

Computer would be the obvious choice here, considering with it I can interact with my friends the most, but with how long I've been waiting for Brawl, and the fact that it's only a week and a half away, I may have to go with video games.

So just a heads up, I may disappear tonight. I'll try to get on whenever my parents aren't home.

See ya'll.

Why not just not "slack off" in Algebra? It's an easy class anyways.
It's not hard, it's just that recently my homework assignments have been taking 1-2 hours, and I have a very short attention span.

And really, all year I've only missed a few assignments. It's just that those few have all been in the past two weeks, and some worth a lot of points- Enough to bring my grade from a low A to a C...

Do good now, THEN slack off when you have Brawl.
I've been doing better over the past few days, hoping I could get my grade back up to a B average by the time report cards got sent home, because that's waht I've been getting all year so my parents wouldn't be suspicious. Unfortunately, my mom checked my grades online for the first time in months today.

Plus, I'm getting Brawl either way, but slacking will prevent me from playing it.

I procrastinate and stuff with school work I should be doing, so if that's your problem try forcing yourself to do it before getting online. And make yourself feel bad if you don't finish it, lol =o

I'm the perfect example for procrastination.

:P

But yea Algerbra is an easy class, if you could get your grade up, maybe you could come sooner than you think.

I have a problem with algebra and a short attention span. Here's my advice, put school before your fun because your education will affect your job.

Thanks for the advice guys. Since surprisingly there was only one homework assignment missing and one bad quiz on the website where my mom checks my grade, I'm just grounded from the computer for today. But for every homework assignment I miss after this, that's a week I'm grounded from everything.

And my moms asleep and my dads not home, so I can be on for a second or two.
