House Size: 2nd upgrade

House Area: The house right by the beach

Nook Store: Nookway

Town Upgrades: None yet, but I'm still working towards the bridge

Time Zone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Town Rules:

1) I WILL allow swapping patterns in the Able Sisters, because I still have the extra patterns
2) Chopping trees is NOT allowed without permission, and I'll go nuts if you chop down a fruit tree.
3) I won't take random friend codes, if you ask then maybe I'll talk to you
4) If you run over any flowers. I'll defriend you
