• Town Upgrade: 1st (New Bridge)
• Fruit Trees: All [ Pears, Cherries, Apples, Oranges, Coconuts, and Peaches ]
• House Upgrade/Debt: No debt. House is completely upgraded and paid off.
• WiiSpeak/Keyboard: No/Yes

Small Speech:

I don't generally allow anyone in my town unless they're my close friends or someone I play with a lot (me visiting their town).

I've never said he hacked. I don't think he does either.

To answer a few questions:

+ to technoxmaniac
- I do apologize, I couldn't make up my mind when I made those two rules. Generally, when you first come in, you shouldn't be a brat and ask for everything. However, if you're a friendly member with a great reputation around here and like something you see, you can ask if you can either have it or buy it. I won't mind sharing my stuff.

+ to CoffeeLuv
- I do apologize if my town seems to be strict, but with how 'some' people work these days, I can almost trust no one. Therefore, unless you're someone I get a long with well and you aren't an obvious kiss-up or you just don't annoy me, you'll realize that the rules were set for a reason. In addition to that, if you're a regular visitor to my own, then you'll see that the rules in my town will become more relaxed and less strict.

- I don't allow just anyone into my house because, since I'm still fairly new to the game, I don't know if people can take belongings from my house. So unless you're strictly invited into my residence, you can't come in. Besides, my house is poorly designed on the inside and I've still to work on that. Trust me, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to set precautions before other things happen.

And as a note to everyone in general:
At this moment in time, my town is closed off unless you're helping me with gardening and other jobs that need to be done throughout the town.

I submitted one picture of my house from my town. Unfortunately, the quality of the picture was horrible and I tried playing around with it so that's what happened in the end =P

I may be opening my town later on today around 1 to 3 P.M. (EST).

No, you can't take peoples items from their house. Well, there might be a hack that can do it, but I doubt it. Seems nice. Hope I can visit one day.
