Probably the most annoying thing villagers do is give me random presents at random moments. More than 99.99% of the time will I even like the gift.

One weird thing I saw my villagers do is asking me to go to my house when they're right next to it. -.- Honestly, the AI in this game can be so dumb.

One of the villagers in my museum was next to a fossil creature that wasn't complete yet. I talked to them and they said,
"We have to do our best to preserve port's fossilized creatures. Like this one!"
Me: 0_o..

i love it when they give me random presents. then i can either sell it, or give it away for free to someone who really wants it.

i think the one thing that annoys me that villagers do, is when they schedule a set time to visit your house, or have you visit theirs. more than half the time, i truly forget about it. or the other half, i get off before hand for a break or something. then they get all sad and disappointed that i didn't show. i hate disappointing them lol.

Another annoying thing villagers do to me is ask to trade for one of my rare items when I'm walking by them, and if I don't they get upset.

1. I see what you mean. I guess it's not really about the present, but when they go "bing" and I think it's a PWP, they just give me a gift. Especially the text scenario: "Did I hear you say that you wanted a [insert most-of-the-time lame gift here]?" Then when you say "No," they give it you for your honesty.

2. I usually set the time to a time when I know I will NOT be playing, so I can use it as an excuse. :P

Although once a hamster bought my coelacanth for 18k XD

Either your villager needs to fix "their inner light bulb," they want a pet fish, or they were desperate for food.

when they don't move out even after you hit them with nets, make them fall into pitfalls, and whack them with toy hammers. and ignore them forever and let them have fleas. and they still stay for god knows what reason. .-.

All you have to do is go to town hall and choose problematic citizens. I'm pretty sure that forces them to move out. I'm not sure though; never tried it before.

Actually, to make animals move away, it's better to befriend me. Believe me, it doesn't make sense but it works.

I've tried that too, it pretty much just changes their catchphrase, clothing (rarely ever) or greeting.

Yeah I'm seriously just about to befriend them because I noticed that the villagers you end up befriending are the ones that ask to move the most.

Tried it before - All it really does is reset whatever problem you choose. Talking Rude: Reset Catchphrase, Wears Ugly: Reset Outfit, and I forgot the last one.

oh yeah and it erases a letter if you sent something inappropriate or whatever

Sleep. It irks me when I forget that I had a chore to do for someone and I show up at their door with an apple at 4 am only to find them sleeping...wake up Kid Cat, you asked for this!!
