Can somebody in easy to understand, step by step language tell me how to block a website?

And how to unblock aswell?

You can set up a parental control-enabled account and block the website for it, or in OS X you can either do that or use Glimmer Blocker to block a website. There's probably other ways through third party applications and other in-system stuff.

I really don't mess with parental controls outside of where I work, and work only on lower privileged accounts. Not much experience of blocking stuff on my own account, except for a couple websites I don't want to access, and I used Glimmer Blocker for that. =p

For all web browsers:

PARENTAL CONTROLS

I think it depends on the browser.
If you set the setting in the system, it should do it for any request. If it's different for your OS, then that's a pretty big flaw for parental controls.

Nah, you just control everything from the control panel.
