im wonder how to kick villagers bc i want two of my villagers to move so i can get my dreamies :)

There isn't really a way to kick out villagers without using an Amiibo card. When you have either 9 or 10 villagers, a random villager will ask to move within a few days. If you agree to let them move, they will leave in about 10 days usually. They'll tell you the date they plan to leave when they ask about moving. If you tell them not to move, then it can take another couple of days before another random villager asks to move.

Oh, and I forgot to add that sometimes even when you agree to let a villager move, they can change their minds and decide to stay. So moving out specific villagers can be a real pain and take a while.

Use an NFC spoofing device, then you can get literally amiibo you want on one chip, and kick off whichever villager you think is the ugliest at will.

unrelated but when i looked at the thread title for a minute i thought it said “ways to cook a villager?”

It's not the best method since it takes time and needs time traveling, but I have always used this guide to kick villagers.

Every time I got that message were either the last villager that moved in or a villager whose friendship with me was very low (because I never talked to them or accepted their requests). I'm not sure if that is the explanation of it, but it could be linked; I have heard you can't kick your latest villager.

I don't think that's the case. I've had villagers move in and then very quickly move out. Meanwhile, Paula--one of my originals--simply refused to leave for the longest time and would constantly change her mind.

I swear one of my OGs refuses to leave just to spite me. The last time she changed her mind she claimed that she was going to stay until she won me over.

Yes, that's exactly how Paula behaved with me. She seemed to know how much I detested her and decided that she would stay anyway, until we became "friends."

befriend them to 100% friendship. after that mine seem to want to leave quickly.
you can also make them angry by simply ignoring them and hit them with a net until they get super mad every day lol

I literally ping Rasher and hit him with a net constantly, but he NEVER leaves, and CONSTANTLY changes his mind about going (if he even tries to in the first place.) His house is also positioned DIRECTLY in front of my train station and it makes me SSOOOOOOO MAD
