7. Uh x.x; Now it's getting harder... I guess get a police station so you can sell the lost / found items.
8. Fossils, sell them on the forums or to retail!
9. Sell your villagers you don't want!
10. Do jobs for people on the forums VIA train-station selection
11. Check and see if you got the high-sale item in the retail everyday
12. Get superb coffee beans for working at the coffee shop! Sell them in retail for ~7,000
13. Pop Balloons? LOL I think it happens every 10mins that a balloon floats over your town

15. Time travel to events in the game, get the free items from Isabelle and sell them! ^o ^ (Can be used with mules too. So 4x the gifts.)
16. Remember to buy your bush seeds in your shop, as some people on the forums buy them for 10-15k a pop.
17. If you're an artist, sell artwork on the forums in exchange for bells! Ex; Signatures / Avatars.
18. Host your town when your turnip prices are high! Even if you don't got turnips, sometimes people will give you huge tips for hosting.

I have 4 houses (my own house, a mall, a hotel and a school) and until a few days ago only one of them was complete (all 6 rooms at 8x8). On Friday morning I time traveled to New Year's Day from 2013 - 2024 to get all 12 of the Zodiac statues with all four of my characters. I kept one set and sold the other three for 5 Million Bells each. That 15 million was just enough to complete my other 3 houses! With no more mortgages and max PWP in my town, I don't know what I'll do with the money I make going forward!
