I haven't been playing AC as much recently and one of my fears is that Melba would be moving and today Isabel notified me she is leaving tom.

I already visited her house and saw the boxes packed but I'm hoping there is some way to reverse this?

I had Isabel reset time to last week but her house is not even on the map!

She moved here via campground if that makes a difference.

Any help is SO appreciated.

Once a villager is in boxes there is no way you can stop them from moving. :c

There is none that I knew of..
If you have a friend you trust you might want to ask them to hold her for you. Then, once 16 more villagers move from your town you will be able to get her back.

That is the only work around when it comes to your favorite villagers moving :(.

[sub]unfortunately, there is no way to reverse a villager in boxes unless you have a backup save. :(

if you really don't want this villager gone, you can get someone to hold her for you and then use crash's cycling guide to quickly cycle out the 16 villagers in your cart.

sorry for your lost villager, and best of luck to you in the future![/sub]

Sorry to say, but once a villager is boxed, that's it. Time Traveling - forwards OR backwards - both count as a day in-game and will only make a moving villager disappear faster. You'll have to get someone you trust to move them in and keep them while you cycle out the villagers who will replace her. Once you go through 16 villagers, you're more likely to get her back and have her remember you.

There isn't a way to get her back, sorry my friend. But you can try cycling through 16 villagers. If you see her in Main Street maybe talk to her a lot? I'm not sure if that works, but I'm pretty sure I had a villager move back in when I talked to him a lot. Good luck, hope you get her back soon.

As everyone else has said, there's nothing at all you can do, I'm sorry, it's too late..

It's best to try and prevent them moving by speaking to them as much as possible and checking for villagers wanting to move (a villager will tell you if another is thinking of moving, and if a villager does want to mover they'll "ping" you) but if you haven't been on lately, that's not really preventable, sadly. As others said, you ca cycle her back in with some time, and the help of someone else, I also recommend Crash's cycling guide for help with that.
