Waving at villagers

I always wondered, have you guys ever waved at a villager when you leave their house.
I mean when you leave a villagers house while the villager is in the house they wave or bow like saying thanks for company or something.
Do you physicaly wave goodbye to them while they are bowing or waving in front if the 3DS screen or emulator? i mean moving you hand like saying goodbye to the villager
I mean I do. It just instict for me to do so.

I don't wave, but I do say "goodbye" or "see you later" or if they're sleeping I'll say "goodnight."
I feel bad if I don't unless it's a villager I dislike. But even then, I still say goodbye lmao

That is so cute that you do that! I have done it occasionally but not every time. If I'm in a good mood and just had a nice visit with a villager I really like, then I have sometimes waved back at them as I left.

I've also saluted Booker a couple of times when leaving the police station.

I don?t all the time, but I do sometimes if I feel that they?ve done something really sweet or I want to cheer them up. I like using the emotions around the villagers to feel like I?m interacting with them more. Also, I like when villagers clap at me when I play their instruments in their homes, so I make myself blush

I actually use my "greetings" emotion to my villagers when I've finished talking to them or leaving their house. It felt more natural to me as it would feel weird just walking away without some way of closing off the conversation.

i do it! it's usually unconscious and i don't notice until i've done it or am halfway through the motion but it's just so adorable i can't avoid it.

I always do. With the words like thank you for inviting me over or thanks for visiting me, etc.
