Watering Can

Where can I get a watering can from? Been playing about a month - tried talking to Isabelle lots and doing all the things she suggests but she hasnt given me one yet. I have a 100% satisfaction rating. Can't find them in any of the shops either - none of them are upgraded - does that make a difference?

You can't get a watering can until you get the gardening shop, which opens when you upgrade nooks.

it opens once you've planted a tree/flower a few times and pulled some weeds (can't remember exact number)

Did you do those sidequests for her on the first day? She gives you one if you do her seashell request.

I'm thinking of when it merges with one of the nook stores lol
