Buying watering can (normal or silver)

i need a watering can since i just reset my town and i want to plant tree without them dying
for normal ill pay 1500 bells
for silver ill pay 20,000 bells

Trees are actually unaffected by watering xP. If a tree isn't growing then it is either too close to a building, another tree, etc..., or there are too many trees/bushes in the area.
