It doesn't work for me. I'm in Ontario, Canada so I'm not sure if that matters or not.

I changed the SSID of my router to Bestbuy, added it as a new connection, but I get error code 013-9202 "Could not connect to Nintendo Zone"

I'll check my kiosk tomorrow, however, Valerie has a Japanese 3DS & the Raccoon Clock can be catalogued or purchased from her. I was told that the other 3x remaining DLC CANNOT be catalogued.

I got it to work, but was too late on the raccoon clock. Did get the Cat tower though. Just ignore that you cannot connect to the nintendo zone; as long as you get the notification from it, just go to your post office and ask for a present.
