So just because I started to like him, Walt decided he is leaving May 1st. I had great times with Walt so it would be nice if someone could adopt him, even though he isn't a very popular villager. Oh, aside from his line, I think he is 100% original.

That said, this is the first time someone is adopting one of my villagers, so I am not sure how to proceed. Does he need to have his stuff boxed? Because if so, you will need to wait a couple days to come over and talk to him.
