A word of advise for you. Check gamefaqs(I got Rosie there for free via a giveaway), http://acnladopt.tumblr.com/ andhttp://villagertrade.tumblr.com/

You'll have way better luck getting her there. I had somebody offer me Rosie for my Lucky(but I'd seen that after I'd gotten her for and given Lucky away for free to somebody else).
