Yeah...no.
They don't look like it at all. The one on the left looks like a eye, but it is a clone ball. The luxury ball is just a classy Pokeball really that makes your PKMN more happier. But in the first movie though the clones were evil also, you can tell when the PKMN is a clone or not. They always have the black marks on them.
