Aww... I was recomended here by a friend today so i hope i Will get ? frog villager before the end of the day. I Can only adopt if i have less Than 9 villagers in the village or how does it work?

yes, you can only adopt a villager if you have 9 or less villagers in your town, you should also check reddit and tumbler, there are a lot of villager giveaways there, especially not so popular ones, and frog aren't that popular (don't know why, some are adorable, like Prince, but I let him go cuz he isn't a dreamie)
