Do vines and glowing moss regrow/replant at paradise island?

I think it regenerates 1-2 of each a day. I tend to go over once a week now to harvest.
Yes they do! I'm not sure the rate, but if you need them in a hurry and have HHP as a stand alone download, you can always start a new character and harvest the vines/moss on the island, before deleting the character. Each player has their own vine/moss stash when you first visit the Paradise island.
