Villagers Your Children Pick!

My brother is 11 and has played ACCF, NL, and now NH. He really likes Hornsby, and loves Raymond ever since I told him how popular he is online! He also likes the eagles, especially Apollo, as well as O'Hare.

I don't have any children as I'm not at an age where I would be able to care for them but I do have a little 6 year old brother who is obsessed with Animal crossing has a dreamies list which includes:

I see some similarities with my son! I feel like kids are probably drawn to the bold or cute looking characters and some drawn to pretty or cutesy looking ones like Julian or Judy.

My three year old loves Hazel, Limberg, and Gaston, and is terrified of the octopi. (???) I let her pick out the villager I invite every day to my campsite for DIY recipes, and they are uh definitely never the most popular villagers.

Limberg and Gaston are such random choices for a three year old! Kids seem to not think any of them are "ugly," I guess.

Semi unrelated, but when he was customizing his character and got to his skin color (we're white), he said "hm, I'm like a tan, well a really light tan, so which one should I choose?"

There's such a purity I've found in watching him play. He gets so proud and excited every time he catches a creature or makes a sale ("Mommy I've already got ten thousand dollars!!")

So today I decided to buy my son AC for his Lite (he's six by the way), since he's been really interested in watching me play and has been asking if he could have his own copy.

While we're waiting on it to download, I pulled up all of the villagers to show him and he picked out all of the ones he (for now) hopes to have someday! They include:

It's a pretty unique assortment and I was really intrigued by who he was choosing and what he saw in them that he likes, which made me curious to see what villagers other children might pick! If any of you have kids or siblings, what villagers do they like/want/have? And what reasons did they give, if any?

My son really seemed to love the eagles, which was random and interesting. xD

My daughter named her island "Wolf-Land" and her name is Wolf-Girl...

It comes as no surprise she wants her island solely populated by wolves.

Currently she has Freya and Kyle as her wolves.

i'm thinking of introducing my little sisters to animal crossing soon, I'm guessing they'll want the puppy villagers (they'll probably ask for one that looks like our pet pug) and some pink and cute ones.
my youngest sister loves wolves too, so she might want a lot of those ^^'

My daughter is a bit too young to actually choose villagers she likes, but every time she sees Timmy and Tommy she gets excited and shouts "raccoooooons!!" And when she hears the intro music when I start up the game, she'll come over and say "raccoon game?". She's only 1 right now. She's very fond of ducks right now, so I may try to get Molly into my town at some point, just because I know it would delight her to no end.
