Villagers you had no idea existed?

Claude the rabbit. I never even knew he exsisted and I love the rabbit villagers. He's on my island now!

Olive! new leaf was my first ac game ever, but i didnt really pay much attention to the welcome amiibo villagers, and so she went under my radar. I saw her on an island when i was searching for the three villagers you get after the starters and invited her even though i was gonna skip her at first. She is precious, and even though there are like three other bear cubs that have her same personality, she might be my favorite! I might even replace one of my villagers in NL with her if i get her amiibo. There are other villagers that this applies to, but let me keep this post dedicated to only Olive XD

This is from New Leaf but Crackle. I remember starting my town and Crackle was one of my starters and I was so confused. I looked him up and now know that hes Spork In North America but where I live in New Zealand hes called Crackle. Thoroughly confused me. Apart from that not really, Im an AC super fan and have been playing since Wild World. Id say the only ones I didnt know were all the ones they brought back for Welcome Amiibo but I know them all now

Mine would be Weber. He was a random move in and he's so cute! Never heard of him before because there are so many popular lazy villagers. Had to let him go to get rid of his starter home though

I honestly didn't know Bob existed until I started watching a streamer who loves him. I also didn't know about Sylvana (awesome and super unique squirrel), Willow (yellow sheep with pink horns, cuuute!), or Bruce (cranky deer) until really recently. There are just so many awesome villagers out there that don't get talked about.

So I found out that Murphy the Bear exists and I love his design and I want him on my island one day but his amiibo card is pricey and I don't wanna spend anymore money on those right now so hopefully I can island hop for him later down the road.
