Villagers you feel bad for because they're bullied

I don't have a problem with Raymond. I do think he's overrated, but I'd still have him move in if I saw him at my campsite. It's when people started fetishizing him in a maid dress that got me rolling my eyes.

I don't personally "hate" any villager, but I also accept that there are people out there who do. I see it as a waste of energy to hate a villager in animal crossing to the point I'm beating them with nets or trapping them somewhere. I'd feel too sad for them to ever do anything like that myself and if it were possible, I would ask if people could treat every villager kindly >.< If you don't like someone, you can think of them as a temporary guest rather than a permanent villager, and simply allow them to move away when they are ready to. Everyone deserves to be loved

Gotta admit that seeing people mistreat my faves makes me go a little like this It almost feels like seeing others talking badly about your friends because i do get attached to my villagers XD Oh yes, Hazel should not get hate because of her unibrow! that is awful! He's not even ugly, his house is so cool, and his hobbies are interesting as well~

I feel bad for all the gorilla villagers.
One of my favorite crankies atm is Boyd and he kind of made me fall in love with the gorillas though it's something I wouldn't have expected. But I've heard of people calling them super ugly and disgusting.
I mean, I know they're not your everyday type of cute like Rosie or Marshal but there's something very endearing about them.
I don't think ALL the villagers are meant to look cute - that's what makes them unique.

One of my favorites is also Peggy and most people don't like her, which is hard for me to fathom.
She looks like she came straight out of a Disney movie so I don't know what's there to hate.

yeah. i think it's normal for us to have villagers we want to move out (rodney, for example, a very popularly hated villager that i had) but i don't go out of my way to trap them near their house, hit them with a net every chance i see them. i even took pics of him with the group on harvey's island the before he went away. i don't know, i find it crazy when people go out of their way to make rude signboards in front of a villager house they hate, trap them in AND post it on tiktok for everyone to see how much they hate a villager. don't tell us it's a "videogame they don't have feelings" when they clearly care about it more than we do.
