You (and them) shouldn't be able to pull your tools out while in doors... I haven't heard of this specific one happening to others yet, tho.

It's 12 am in my game (time travel) so only three villagers are in their houses and rosie's the only glitchy one

i’ve has this happen with erik and his watering can! i just saved and quit and it seems to erase it. idk what it’s caused by tho, maybe our lord and savior ninji will tell us...

It seems to be a glitch causing the villagers to hold/preform outside actions that are normally outdoor actions indoors. I've had Apple sing indoors even though she didn't have music on. Not sure if they do this normally?
Another weird glitch is that if you time it right, when a villager is preparing to exit their house and you go in, you will be able to enter their house but the villager will not be inside.
