I want to get a few new villagers, but I don't know who I should let move out. I have Erik, KEEPING, Eugene, Blaire, Cally, Anchovy, Also keeping him because he is always so nice to me and already gave me his pic, Roscoe, Flora, Sylvia, and Chow. So what do you think?

Yes, its so hard to let them go. That's probably my whole problem. - I always decide Okay, the next one who asks is moving out. And then it's - Nooo, not you!
I also find it hard to let my villagers go, even if i don't like them so much. I do try to force myself to let them go when they ask just for a chance of a different villager. Change is good. ^^

I move out the ones I feel neutral about after they have given me their picture. I love Erik, I'm keeping him around until he gives me my picture. Personally, Eugene is my favorite. Smugs are my favorite personality and he's the sweetest most generous one in my game. He's always giving me stuff, inviting himself over when I'm decorating, pinging for me, he asked for 90% of my smug PwPs, and he's always so relaxed cause he's fishing or shopping on main street most of the time. I guess it kind of depends on who you want in the game. Which personalities you favor. Which species you prefer. I always have 2-5 villagers I'm willing to let go after I recieve their picture just so I can experience as many villagers as I possibly can.
Umm... we can't decide that for you... it's your game and you have different tastes than us. Personally I really dislike Chow and Sylvia as they don't look pleasing to me at all, but again, it's your game so you are the only one who can decide who is staying and who is not. You might want to take a look at the villager cycling threads in the villager trade plaza.
From your villagers, I really like Erik and Cally, and I like everyone except Chow and Sylvia too. Maybe Flora not as much as the others but she is ok.

i would maybe let chow go? and then i would go on different dreams to see which villager i would want to hunt for. i personally just don't like chow, but that's just me. actually, i don't like all the big bears, i don't know why.
Chatting with villagers in dreams is a very good idea. I haven't done that much lately.

I know, I know. Ever since Lionel moved in, I knew I would let him go. But then he kept asking me if I really meant it, and gave me a gift. I let him go anyway, but I felt very bad about it.
Yes, I really like Eugene a lot. He is so nice, he just makes me smile. I hope he will give me his picture. So far the only picture I've gotten is from Anchovy, and he's so sweet I can't let him go yet. But I do want to get to know others, so I will have to let them go eventually. And at least one very soon.

If I were you, I would let Chow go(Roscoe is a better cranky) and keep Flora and Blaire.
I also would let Cally stay for some time and let her go after getting her pic.

If I decide to let her go, I will let you know. But so far, I think I have decided to keep her, along with Erik, Roscoe, Flora, Eugene, and Chow. I REALLY didn't like Chow at first, he just looked too weird. But then I sent him a BB shirt, and he looked just like a teddy bear my sister had when she was little. So I got all mushy and decided to keep him for awhile. And now his personality is growing on me.
But since Blaire is just soo sweet, I would want her to go to a good home if she ever moved out. So if that happens sometime in the future, I will see if you still want her.
Cally is so cute, she's become my favorite ahead of my more popular villagers like Zell, Beau, Bunnie and Chief.

She is really cute, but I have had her the longest, and I had her permanently in City Folk. But she is soooo sweet and friendly.
