Villagers who seem to know each other for such a long time.

Don't you think that some villagers seems to know each other for such a long time?

For example, I had Caroline and Mint in Wild World and it seemed they knew each other for such a long time considering how they interacted to each other.

Francine and Chrissy is kind of a funny case, they're sisters, but the game rarelly give hints of them knowing each other before they lived in the current town.

I think it's random but in my town Rosie and Merry seem to have been bffs for a very long time which is adorable considering they are both really cute peppy cat villagers. Beau seems to have a crush on Diana, being her neighbour and asking me what she likes to eat so he has a conversation topic to talk about with her, so cute. <3

Diana and Fauna are constantly sending each other presents as an apology for fighting and go to each other's birthdays. I definitely think they're sisters and knew eachother beforehand.

I swear O'Hare & Mitzi were a couple in my first town. I caught them multiple times sending each other gifts, sitting on benches together, visiting each other's houses...
It's nice to see these little things form between villagers/dreamies! C: I love any villager interaction, it's part of why I try to have everyone live close together so there always a nice little group outside.

Daisy and Cookie are always chatting on the bridge and Cookie was at Daisy's birthday last week!

In my wild world town, it seems like Chief and Portia have known each other for a long time. They were both my starters in my current game file, so I like to pretend before I moved to town they had known each other for years. So it'd only make sense. They always seem to interact with each other and hardly any of the other villagers. When they're not having a conversation, they're usually mentioning each other in conversations with other villagers or to me.

I get the feeling Lobo and Julian have known each other for a while, I always see those two talking and then one stomps off mad and the other is joyful. I think its quite cute

I do this as well, but I just base it on their personalities, not on the actual interactions I witness. I imagine that Deli and Bluebear are good friends, as well as Walt and Willow, and also Vesta and Lolly. Antonio is closest to my mayor, and then Snake, Lionel, and Benjamin are all friends. I think Benjamin and Lolly would get along as well.

I got Amelia in my first town and I thought that would be a nice idea if I got a cranky eagle to befit her personality.

So, I moved Apollo there and they got along instantly.

Apollo even gave her a new shirt and started to copy Amelia's new catchphrase "Talons".

It seemed that they knew each other for quite a while.
Apollo was also in Amelia's birthday.

Both are in all games of Animal Crossing as well.

If I remember correctly, Tipper and Astrid have a good friendship in my town. They seem to talk about each other a fair bit. I like to imagine Hans and Rocco having a good friendship too, because they've been in the town together since the very beginning. Same as Cube and Rod. I'd like to think that Cube still sends Rod letters. Somehow, he got Rod's new address and still sends him thoughtful messages and furniture. <3

I do enjoy reading these! Shari is always arguing with and talking about Rudy, as if they've been friends for a really long time.
I've always thought Curly has a crush on Merengue because he asked how to talk to her and then once I caught them having a conversation and he was really flustered, though I can't remember exactly what the convo was about... I think he made her cry unknowingly though xD
As far as new friends, Carmen always mentions how she was nervous about moving out on her own but that she's really happy to have found good friends in Diana and I. I think it's adorable. Sometimes villagers will say the same thing and just say a different villager's name each time, but Carmen has never mentioned being besties with anyone other than Diana, and I could totally see them both being really close based on their personalities and other random stuff.
