This is so true. At first, only from seeing pictures of her, I thought she looks actually really cute. But, then I had er in a tent and seeing her in front of me like that, she started to really creep me out.

Villagers who aren't "Alive"

This is so true. At first, only from seeing pictures of her, I thought she looks actually really cute. But, then I had er in a tent and seeing her in front of me like that, she started to really creep me out.
If Zucker counts, then other animals who are made of food could also count, like Frita, Merengue, or Chadder.
This isn't official by any means but I've always considered Cobb to be undead. He's sort of a patchy green and has the mad scientist bed in his house (it has an electrical spark where the head goes). And Chops has always made me think of a ghost because of his "outdated" design.
Hans is supposed to be a Yeti or something, Julian is supposed to be a unicorn, and Drago is a dragon. You could include one of them because they technically don't exist, or as the idea that they're the last of their species.

This is a super cool idea! Please share your dream address when you're done so we can all visit. I'd especially be curious to see your dandelion field - I've never seen anyone decorate with dandelions before.

- Vic (cranky)
- Ribbot (jock)
- Stitches (lazy)
- Lucky (lazy)
- Coco (normal)
- Flora (peppy)
- Pietro (smug)
- Ankha (snooty)
- Phoebe (uchi)
That covers every personality type as well as fitting the category of "not quite alive" (in my opinion). There's no real uchi or peppy villager that fits that description, but Phoebe is a phoenix (a mythical creature), and Flora has always reminded me of a plastic pink yard flamingo.
There's a few options for crankies, but I picked Knox and Vic because for your town, I picture them as warriors (a knight and a viking, respectively) who have fallen in battle.
